Fee Schedule











































Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept personal checks or money orders and credit cards through PayPal, but since
we are charged a fee from PayPal, a convenience fee of $25 will be charged for this
service.  Please confirm that the dates you are requesting are available before you send
payment by contacting Leah Jacob first.  Once your dates have been confirmed, you must
make full payment to reserve your date.  You can do this by sending payment to the
address listed on your contract.  Alternatively, to immediately secure your date you can
pay using PayPal by clicking here.  You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit
card.

Contract and Fees
Wedding Ceremony -
This includes:
  • 30 minutes of prelude music
  • Processionals
  • All liturgical music
  • Recessionals
  • Up to 30 minutes of postlude
    music
 $545
Additional Hours
  • Cocktail hour
  • Dinner hour
  • Reception
 $150 each
Relocation Fee
 $0        
We do not charge a relocation fee.
Reception only (without ceremony)
Holiday Parties
Office Parties
 $445 for the first hour
$150 for each additional hour
Mileage (check radius here)
 $1.50 for each mile outside our
performing radius.
If the trio has been hired to play both the
ceremony and reception and more than
an hour is scheduled between the two
times the trio will be paid:
 $15 per hour.
Rehearsal
This is not necessary but some people
feel more comfortable having a
representative of our trio at the rehearsal.

Sheet music
If you choose music from our list there is
no fee.  If you choose music that is not
on our list that we already happen to
own there is no fee.  If you choose music
we do not have we may ask you to
either provide us with the sheet music or
reimburse us for the price we paid for
the book.
